The Ross and Enderlin law firm has over 35 years combined experience. The law firm recently won a case in the United States Supreme Court.: Turner v. Price. There are only a handful of attorneys in the upstate that have had a case in the United States Supreme Court, and to our knowledge, none of them limit their practice to criminal law. Other firms may practice many different types of law, but we focus on criminal law. In representing thousands of individuals charged with criminal offenses, we have handled every type of case. We have handled murder cases, assault cases, criminal domestic violence, possession and distribution of drugs including cocaine, crack, meth, marijuana and prescription drugs, robberies, burglaries, rape, criminal sexual conduct and internet sex stings. We have handled every stage of criminal defense from bond hearings to appeals as well as sentence corrections and post conviction relief matters. We also represent juveniles charged with crimes and we represent inmates in parole hearings. We have tried cases in Greenville, Oconee, Pickens, Anderson, Laurens and Spartanburg Counties.
